At The Set Spot, we want you to love what you wear—but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 12 days since placing your order.
• Items must be in original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags attached.
• Sale items and any item marked "final sale" cannot be returned. (The automatic 10% discount applied when purchasing a matching set is not considered a sale or final-sale promotion. These items remain eligible for return as long as they meet our standard return requirements.)
• International orders are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy. Please note that international return shipping is not prepaid. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• To start a return, visit our return portal and enter your order number and email—you'll receive a prepaid return label instantly.
  
• Your prepaid label must be scanned within 7 days of your delivery date. Returns postmarked after this window will be rejected.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. You'll receive an email once your refund is complete.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

• Because of our fast-moving inventory, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item following our return policy and place a new order.
