At The Set Spot, we want you to love what you wear—but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns & exchanges! 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags attached.
  • Sale items and any item or discount marked “final sale” cannot be returned. (The automatic 10% discount applied when purchasing a matching set is not considered a sale or final-sale promotion. These items remain eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet our standard return requirements.)
  • Once you register your return, you will receive a prepaid return label, which must be scanned within 7 days of your delivery date. Returns postmarked after this window will be rejected. 
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email once your refund is complete.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • Because of our fast-moving inventory, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item following our return policy and place a new order.
